  1. Cute and Glamorous Ruffian Manicure

    White and gold Ruffian nails

I created this subtle and glamorous Ruffian manicure inspired by Evelina’s looks. She is in love with gold and everything she creates is super girly, glam and cute in the best possible way.

This nail design is dead simple (just like all my nail desings) but looks effective. Ruffian manicure (aka reversed French) is my new favourite!

  2. Halloween Manicure — Bloody Fangs

    Vampire fangs nail art

During my transition from long oval shape to short square shape, I decided to and play around with different shapes and sizes. As a result I came up with a very extreme nail design for Halloween.

  3. Shining Crystal Rhinestones

    Crystal Sparkling Rhinestones

In this manicure I used the most sparkling rhinestones I’ve ever had. They look gorgeous both in direct sunlight and in the shade.

  4. Royal French Manicure with Gold Glitter and Rhinestones

    White orange half French nails

Recently I have noticed the increasing popularity of the half French manicure. So here I have created a trendy half French mani (and classic French on some nails). The design is spiced up with a thin line of fine gold glitter, 2mm green and yellow rhinestones, butterfly metal flakes and small gold beads.

  5. Black and White French Manicure

    Black and white French manicure

There are a lot of examples on the Internet of the classic white tip French manicure with a line of black underneath. However I’ve never seen the reversed version of this manicure. This is why I decided to fill in this gap by creating the black tip French manicure with a small white line underneath.

  6. Pink Glitter and White French Tips

    Glitter French gradient nails

To create his glamorous gradient from pale pink glitter to white, I used Beauty UK: Glam Nails — Pink Glitter No.74 as a glittery base for my manicure (I applied two coats). Then, using Madeline Poole’s technique I applied white nail varnish to my tips. It doesn’t really matter what nail polish to use, as soon as it’s pure white and opaque. But here I used W7 — 34 White.

  7. Pink French with Flower Pattern

Pink black white flower konad stamping

This time I was in the mood to do stamping. I have to admit that you should be patient enough to master stamping technique. Even I consider myself as a beginner in this subject.

I picked the flower pattern from m73 stamping plate by Konad. This image is too small to cover the whole surface of my nails, that’s why I came up with the idea to paint my tips pink. I used W7 — 78 Fuchsia to create square french manicure with the straight tip line. However, I had to apply three coats to cover up the translucent black flower pattern.

  8. Classic French Manicure with Glitter

    French manicure with violet glitter

This week my manicure is classic: white tip french with some glitter that divides the nail and its tip and stamping on the ring fingers. Classic and at the same time not too boring. (more…)

  9. Geometric Green and Pink Design

Geometric nail design with black rhinestones

One of my favourite things about the Web is that this is the place where the inspiration comes from. Every time I surf the Internet, I discover more and more talented nail bloggers, but Madeline Poole is one of my favourite ones at all times. She specializes in simple shapes, geometric designs and gradients. Thus, today’s nail design was inspired by one of her most famous manicures. (more…)
